As we step into 2026, I wanted to take a moment to pause, reflect, and say a huge heartfelt thank you.
El’effect Dermal Suite officially opened its doors on the 28th of July (2025), and since then, the support, trust, and encouragement from our patients has meant more than I can ever put into words. Every consultation, treatment, conversation and referral has helped shape El’effect into what it is today, a space grounded in evidence-based dermal care, education, and genuine connection.

What is NEW in 2026 at El’effect Dermal Suite x Queen of the Cove?
We are starting the year with the launch of our newest advanced treatment — AciCule Deluxe Spicule Treatment, also known as Liquid Microneedling.
This innovative two-phase peeling system combines a no-to-low downtime chemical peel with marine spicules to stimulate skin renewal beneath the surface — without traditional needles. I have been meticulously hand-picking the skin care that we have available to you in clinic to ensure we have a regime that is tailored to your needs and individual values.
